Terms of use

Any person accessing the application or website, referred to as Casual Arena, becomes a user who agrees to follow the provisions outlined here and comply with applicable law, acting in good faith and following generally accepted practices. Users may not use Casual Arena for illegal or criminal activities that violate any legal rule.

Distribution, production, and modification of all material contained in Casual Arena is prohibited. This includes texts, graphics, images and every element that constitutes the page and application, except with prior written authorization from Dinacode S.L. or as permitted by law.

Conditions for virtual goods and coins

Services at Casual Arena may include virtual currency such as credits, coins, game chips, points, or other grantable elements. To purchase virtual currency, users must be of legal age in their country of residence. Virtual currency cannot be exchanged and has no validity outside Casual Arena's services.

Dinacode S.L. reserves the right to modify or delete virtual currency and related management terms without responsibility to users or third parties. If this occurs, users must use remaining balances within 30 days of removal. Account deactivation may result in extinction of associated virtual currencies without refund or compensation.

Personal data

Creating a user account is necessary to access all functionalities at Casual Arena. Users accept responsibility for providing truthful, current, accurate, and complete information, and agree to logout at the end of each session.

Users are responsible for information in their personal profiles and interactions with other users. Although Dinacode S.L. cannot review information in real time, the company will immediately cancel accounts upon discovering rule violations.

Communication between users

Users acknowledge that chat is public, not private. Dinacode S.L. cannot guarantee complete security to the information disclosed through this medium, so users assume risks associated with their messages.

Users are responsible for messages they write in chat. Dinacode S.L. does not assume responsibility for monitoring chat content and recommends users remain skeptical of information from other users. The company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, send, or deny publication of any chat message at any time.

Rights of use

Site and application information may be used for personal use without restrictions. Commercial use of content is expressly prohibited, except for direct citations of public posts, where reproduction of headers and fragments up to 30 words per content item is allowed. Reproduction of contents is prohibited unless Dinacode S.L. provides written permission.

Complaints on Casual Arena

Users who believe illegal content exists on Casual Arena must notify Dinacode S.L. with the following information:

  • Claimant's address
  • Claimant's phone number
  • Claimant's email address
  • Explanation of the alleged illegal activity conducted in Casual Arena

Disclaimer

Dinacode S.L. reserves the right to stop or limit access to Casual Arena without notice at any time for security reasons, maintenance, power failure or other reasons, including breach of these conditions, without resulting in responsibility or compensation. The company assumes no responsibility for damages arising from Casual Arena's unavailability or promoted products.

Casual Arena may include links to external websites beyond Dinacode S.L.'s control. The company does not guarantee quality or assume responsibility for external site content or damages from accessing those sites.

Under Article 17 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (published 11/07/2002), Dinacode S.L. is responsible only for contents that, with actual knowledge of their unlawful nature, were not deleted or deactivated.

Dinacode S.L. excludes liability for damages caused by malware or harmful elements in services provided by third parties through Casual Arena.

Applicable legislation

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Electronic acceptance of these conditions constitutes a binding contract. Those accessing Casual Arena do so at their own initiative and are responsible for complying with applicable laws.
